Had very pleasant stay on vacation. I liked the Victorian-style building, neat and recently refurbished room with all neccessary equipment. The location was quiet for walking around an expansive park. There was a wide array of places nearby that offered food: restaurants and bars. The great onsite restaurant had a wide array of food.

The whole place was fairly clean and the stuff where outstandingly accommodating and friendly. Had modern guest room with new furniture, fans, as for instance. Enjoyed the great restaurant.

The location was nice, within a close distance from a Hyde park. Amiable and welcoming staff that liked their guests.

The room was modern and neat with smoke detectors for my safety. Perfect and peaceful location, the staff were really helpful. I visited The Hyde Restaurant & Bar close to the venue for a few drinks. I went to a great restaurant and enjoyed the Chinese dishes.

The twin room was newly remodelled, included a work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus.

Excellent customer service, convenient location for transportation, clean room with small bathroom issue promptly resolved, exceeded expectations. Great value for central area, with serviced rooms and comfortable beds. Close to pubs, restaurants, and Paddington station for easy travel. Perfect for a short stay with smooth check-in and check-out process.

Horrible place! Ok, it was cheap, but even then it wasn't worth its price. Dirty!!!! worn down!!! worst place i've been in in ages

Had a really really nice stay on vacation. The location of the property was great as we were really close to metro and train, a Hyde park, souvenir shops, restaurants/bars and the train stations and city center and Paddington station.

Although the room was small, the location of Mina House Hotel was perfect for our needs. Being right next to Paddington Station allowed us to easily catch the Heathrow Express to the airport. The staff was kind and check-in and check-out went smoothly. Everything in our reservation was in order and the room was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood had a great atmosphere with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and small grocery stores nearby.

I liked the crisp clean sheets.

Did not like the lack of remote control for television and feel the room needed updating.

it is very close to the centre of the town, very close to the underground and bus station, the staff was very friendly and present we needed them

there are a very little bathroom, we find wet beds because when sombody took a shower behind us we have water in our room.The windows wasn't clouse enough and it was could. They put in in our room a source of hitting

The most important was the staff - affable and outstandingly accommodating people. Thoroughly enjoyed modern and cheap room with shower, wouldn't mind staying there all day. We had toast, butter, and jam in the morning.
